What have you been doing?

While the uncertainty of how the covid-19 will affect our lives is coming to a close end as we are phasing into a different stage of awareness, what have you been doing all this time?


While my posts haven't been updated, I have been busy physically helping the lives of others. While most gyms have been closed throughout the past several weeks, I have been privileged to work in a setting that allowed one on one personal training. I have worked with wonderful women who see the need to care for the physical bodies to be a piece of armor that will assist in taking care of their mental bodies.


Mentally, our society has struggled. When we all get to get back together again, we won't be the same people we were the last time we saw each other; it's simply not possible. So much has affected our daily routines and habits that we have had to adjust.


Have you taken this time to deepen your commitment to your goals, aspirations, family, connections with others, despite the distance, faith and hope?
