Do you find yourself sugar coating the truth to protect someone's feelings? Or agreeing to do something that is out of your comfort zone just to please someone? What about letting someone manipulate, bully, or belittle you?


What would it mean for you to have boundaries and stand up for truths, capabilities, desires and possibilities?


Those who portray frustration when you set boundaries are the EXACT people who are intimidated by you having them because it will involve change on their part too!


Clear boundaries MUST be set in every aspect of your life! You must take command of your mental health by setting boundaries or you're likely to invite anger, depression, low self-esteem, negative self worth, etc because you think others control that.
